Job summary

Cloudscaler in London is seeking a Head of Migrations to own the migration pipeline, including MAP engagements, data centre exits, and landing zone migrations. You will define repeatable delivery assets, recruit and lead the team, and drive a scalable migration practice with P&L accountability.

Travel to client sites will be required, with on-site presence in London and frequent customer engagements. You will shape and own the end-to-end migration methodology, lead assessments using the 7 Rs,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large-scale AWS migration programmes
• Working knowledge of AWS MAP and funding aspects
• Experience with data centre exit and landing zone migrations
• Ability to build a compelling TCO model and business case
• Commercial fluency: revenue, gross profit, utilisation and pipeline

Responsibilities

• Own Cloudscaler’s MAP relationship from enquiry to funded migration, ensuring proper assessment and tracking
• Lead end-to-end data centre exit programmes and landing zone migrations
• Own and continuously improve the migration methodology across the portfolio
• Own migration assessment tooling and convert findings into business cases
• Support commercial teams on proposals and funding conversations with clients' CTOs
• Deliver against six-month revenue plan and monthly KPIs from month one
• Recruit, lead and develop the migration team once approved
• Drive AI and automation across the migration lifecycle to improve accuracy of business cases
• Represent Cloudscaler publicly through speaking, blogs, and partnerships
