Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team that will execute cloud migrations across 11:11 global platforms.
• Own ticket escalation processes and ensure they are followed.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs to the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams on integration requirements for customers.
• Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
• Mentor team members and address risks or gaps.
• Inform stakeholders on migrations, trends, and ongoing needs.
• Refine support management framework and best practices for cloud integrations.
