Job summary

Medius is seeking a Technical Consultant focused on integrations to support international projects within our Professional Services team. You will deploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems and guide clients on REST APIs and system-to-system integrations.

The role includes some client-facing work and will also cover delivering technical documentation, connections to security controls including Entra ID, and ad-hoc data exports and imports via internal

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cloud-based software integrations and REST APIs.
• Experience in IT system implementations, preferably cloud-based/SaaS.
• Knowledge of financial or other accounting systems.
• Structured working approach.
• Strong communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks with quality and control.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert within the Professional Services delivery team.
• Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations with customer ERP systems.
• Guide and support customers in the use of Medius REST APIs and integrations.
• Support internal and customer integration testing.
• Configure Medius SaaS applications and best-practice data handling.
• Implement integration EDI connections to e-invoicing solutions via APIs.
• Provide documented setup and handover to the support team.
• Collaborate with peers across Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and R&D.
• Prepare technical specifications and mapping documents with customer IT/finance teams.
