Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking an Migration Delivery Lead to guide complex customer migrations from kickoff through go-live.

You’ll be the primary technical and strategic contact for your migration pod, coordinating with GDC engineers and ensuring value delivery as customers move to modern cloud architectures. You’ll bridge legacy environments with future-state platforms, accelerating timelines through automation playbooks and AI-assisted tooling while feeding field insights back to Product and

Qualifications

8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with large-scale migrations.
Hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud or Tableau.
Experience driving business value and leading architectural discussions.
Proven ability to work with global/offshore delivery models (GDC).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core or related clouds and data integration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements from kickoff to go-live.
Own technical delivery, project health, and go-live outcomes.
Align migration goals with customers' broader business strategy and renewal plans.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate challenges into actions.
Develop focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones and pod-level timelines.
Facilitate enablement sessions to ready customer teams for platform transitions.
