Job Overview

We seek an experienced Cloud DevOps Engineer capable of designing, implementing, and managing automated cloud-native and hybrid environments across Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on multiple projects as part of a broader cloud capability team.
• Lead the execution of DevOps tools and processes, promoting a culture of automation across client organizations.
• Provide technical, consultative, and delivery services for customer DevOps initiatives.
• Advise on best‑practice tooling and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams to define acceptance criteria, document requirements, and drive CI/CD, IaC, and automation for cloud services.
• Manage project development and test environments, including software configuration management processes.
• Assist clients in transitioning to DevOps, including tool adoption and implementation guidance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support on‑call duties outside standard working hours as required.
• Pursue professional training and certifications to stay current with emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Deep experience implementing integrated automation solutions using a broad range of DevOps toolsets.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform.
• Hands‑on experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and related tooling; knowledge of Puppet, Chef, Maven, Ant, Ivy, and UrbanCode is advantageous.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, secret management, and privilege management.
• Associate‑level cloud certification in Azure or AWS.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, and security.
• Expertise in designing continuous delivery and DevOps solutions across cloud‑native and hybrid environments.
• Ability to plan and manage a DevOps roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Experience implementing enterprise‑wide integrated toolsets for scalability and compliance.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices and ServiceNow, with experience in incident, change, and problem management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards of deployment metrics, costs, incidents, and SLA performance.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and shell; familiarity with Azure CLI, AWS CLI, and SDKs.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and incident‑fault‑finding skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
