Wye Valley NHS Trust seeks a Clinical Systems Training, Engagement & Optimisation Manager to lead training, engagement and the ongoing optimisation of clinical systems. You will work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure safe, effective use of digital platforms and drive adoption and service improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and change-management skills, with the flexibility to cover on-call duties and outside-hours support as needed to sustain patient care

Formación

• Experience supervising or managing others.
• Experience in a digital programme and/or change programme.
• Innovative and well organised.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
• Competent with the use of SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist training and digital systems expertise to support optimisation and adoption of clinical systems.
• Design, deliver and evaluate role-specific training programmes for digital transformation and service improvement.
• Support change management, user engagement and benefits realisation activities.
• Maintain and upgrade digital training environments to reflect operational workflows.
