Overview

Are you caring and compassionate? CWP may have the role for you. We have a full time Clinical Support Worker vacancy within our CAMHS inpatient service, Ancora House. The role involves working on a rotational shift basis, which includes days, nights and twilight shifts. You will be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team and will work collaboratively with individual service users, carers and other stakeholders. The post offers the opportunity to provide the highest quality of care and we have an excellent training programme.

Responsibilities
  • Support young people in education and provide different levels of observations as required.
  • Liaise with external agencies and families/carers.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver care within the CAMHS inpatient service.
  • Participate in the Trust’s induction and training programmes and adhere to the 6 Cs in practice (Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment).

  • Ability to understand and apply the 6 Cs in practice.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis (days, nights and twilight shifts).
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care to service users and working within a supportive team.
Employment Details
  • We are recruiting for full time permanent and full time 12 months fixed term roles.
  • CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.
