Job summary

A healthcare provider in Harrogate seeks a part-time Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to enhance community mental health care. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience working with people with complex emotional needs.
  • Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and Structured Clinical Management (SCM).
  • Desirable training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) or Multi-systemic Therapy (MST).
  • Ability to work clinically supervised and collaboratively across services.
  • Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
  • Develop and deliver group interventions to system partners.
  • Co-work with other providers for early intervention.
  • Provide consultation for assessments involving substance misuse.
  • Train and develop capabilities across services.
