Qualifikationen

• Awareness of Data Protection Act and confidential environment.

Aufgaben

• Administer the Practice system to respond to requests for medical reports.
• Process and issue reports using iGPR software and scan information into records.
• Check records for third party information and redact where appropriate.
• Liaise with Finance & Claims Officer for invoicing and dispatch records after payment.
• Administer requests for copies of records and log receipt and consent.
• Input and code patient records, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain patient recall systems and process registrations and GP links.
