A leading healthcare provider in Denton is seeking a Clinical Practitioner to deliver telephone triage and comprehensive assessments within a multi-skilled team. The role involves providing accurate healthcare information and referrals while adhering to professional guidelines. Full training will be provided; no prior experience in telephone triage is necessary. The clinical practitioner will function as part of a health care team providing telephone triage and a comprehensive clinical assessment service to patients and/or their carers/relatives resulting in a safe and appropriate clinical decision. You will facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, health improvement advice or, where applicable, referral to the appropriate level and location of care, in order to meet the holistic and therapeutic requirements of the patient/carer. The successful candidate will work within codes of practice and professional guidelines.
We would welcome applications from capable, pro-active, and experienced Nurses, Paramedics and Pharmacists. No experience of telephone triage is required as full training will be given.

Whilst working within our clinical hub, you will be part of a multi skilled team that includes Advanced nurse practitioners, Senior Clinical Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Dental Nurses, Prescribing Pharmacists and GPs. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and continue providing excellent patient care to suit your work life balance. Our clinical hub is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we have a variety of shift opportunities available for part time and bank working.
