Qualifications

• Master’s degree in pharmacy, MPharm, B.Sc. or BPharm or equivalent at time of qualification.
• GPhC Registration is essential.
• Must be an Independent Prescriber.
• Previous experience in General Practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care to achieve clinical excellence.
• Manage patients with co-morbidities proactively.
• Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries.
• Conduct audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
