A healthcare service provider in Launceston seeks an Infusion Liaison Nurse to coordinate care for infusion patients. Responsibilities include delivering advanced nursing practices and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience and strong communication skills. This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $118,297 to $125,543 per annum, plus benefits including professional development and relocation assistance.
This role co-ordinates the complex care of infusion patients accessing the service at the LGH Day Procedure Unit within the multidisciplinary team.
The Infusion Liaison Nurse is responsible for the delivery of contemporary, evidenced based, specialist Nursing practice, demonstrating advanced and extended practice skills in the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

$118,297 to $125,543 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
