Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Lincolnshire

We are seeking a talented Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor (2–5 years PQE) to join a leading legal team in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly experienced Partners on complex multi-track clinical negligence cases, while developing and managing your own caseload.
You will gain exposure to a diverse range of high-value claims, including serious birth injuries, brain and spinal trauma, delayed cancer diagnoses and surgical errors. This role is ideal for a proactive and confident Solicitor looking to advance their career in a supportive and expert-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing legal services to existing clients with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with Partners and Fee Earners to support business development initiatives
  • Achieve fee income targets in line with agreed objectives
  • Stay up to date with changes in clinical negligence law and practice
  • Deliver accurate and reliable fee-earning work in accordance with quality and risk procedures

Person Specification:
Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor (2–5 years PQE)

  • Proven experience in handling clinical negligence claims
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with case management systems
