Are you an experienced Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, or Unit Manager ready to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, forward‑thinking nursing home in Taunton as their Clinical Deputy Manager.

About the Role

As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and person‑centred care are delivered. You’ll provide strong clinical leadership, support and mentor the nursing and care teams, and help drive continuous improvement across the home.
