Location: Caterham

Salary: Up to £25.50 per hour + Paid breaks

Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team at our medium-sized nursing home in Caterham. Our home delivers high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive environment.

In this role, you'll provide clinical oversight, lead and develop the care team, and ensure the highest standards of care. You'll take charge in the absence of the Home Manager and play a key role in supervision, training, and quality assurance.
