• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a nursing home.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a care setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the home.
• Lead and support the nursing and care teams to deliver high standards of person-centred care.
• Support with clinical audits, assessments and reviews.
• Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to the clinical team.
• Support the Home Manager with CQC compliance and inspections.
