Compass Associates are partnered with a national elderly care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for a Milton Keynes nursing home. The role centers on clinical leadership, governance and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for older adults.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, drive standards, and work closely with Home Manager and MDT to maintain exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• RGN qualification with an active NMC pin.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead in an elderly nursing home environment.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations, inspections and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience leading, developing and supporting nursing teams.
• Strong clinical knowledge, particularly within elderly care and dementia nursing.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• The confidence to challenge, influence and drive improvements within a service.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and improving residents’ quality of life.

Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Qualification: RGN Required (Active NMC Pin – strong elderly care and nursing home experience essential)

The Role

Candidate Requirements
