• Complex dementia care
• Acquired brain injuries and strokes

Your Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to provide clear, confident leadership to a large and growing team. You’ll ensure clinical excellence across the home, support with CQC compliance, and drive best practice in specialist care. Importantly, you’ll be a visible presence on the floor, mentoring, guiding, and empowering staff to deliver outstanding care every day.

This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity. Whether it’s managing specialist care pathways, supporting with the commissioning of a major new service, or balancing clinical and operational priorities, you’ll bring expertise, resilience, and vision.

What We’re Looking For

• A Nurse‑qualified leader (RMN ideally, but RGN with complex care experience considered).
• Strong clinical knowledge of dementia, neuro‑disability, and / or mental health care.
• Experience managing and developing teams in a care home or healthcare setting.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, governance, and best practice.
• A passion for innovation, person‑centred care, and making a lasting difference.
