  • Analyse datasets on patient pathways, surgical outcomes, discharge rates, PIFU (Patient Initiated Follow-Up) rates, diagnostics, and other metrics to forecast bottlenecks, highlight benefits, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop creative data presentations, including dashboards, reports, and visualisations, to communicate insights effectively to NHS clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain clinician logbooks, business-wide KPI performance metrics, and custom analytics tools to track operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with NHS Trusts to provide data-driven support for end-to-end patient management, quality assurance, and service optimisation.
  • Utilise real-time analytics to drive continuous improvement, aligning with initiatives like Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT).
  • Offer technical expertise in data tools, integrating sources and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations.
