Endoscopy Booking and Scheduling Clerk – Endoscopy Department, 37.5 hours per week, Band 3 – Permanent Post Mri
We are looking for a self‑motivated, highly organised individual to join our Endoscopy Booking team. You will support the endoscopy service in day‑to‑day office functions including scheduler management, telephone handling, occasional typing, adding patients to the waiting list and general administration and clerical duties.
You must be hardworking, possess good oral and written communication skills, have good computer skills and be flexible to the needs of the department. Previous clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, would be desirable. This post is varied and we therefore seek a self‑motivated person with good communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
