• Full-time Clinic Coordinator role in Specsavers Hearcare.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills required.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Explore customer needs thoroughly and offer assistance.
• Provide information on wearing and caring for hearing aids.
• Provide hearing aid aftercare information.
• Utilise IT systems as required.
• Make aftercare calls and run reports; undertake banking and stock tasks.
