Job summary

Specsavers is hiring an Audiology Administrator/Scheduler for the Home Visits office in Lancing. You will manage administration and clinic scheduling for the Home Visits Audiology team, handle incoming and outbound calls, and keep customer files up to date with attention to detail.

You’ll liaise with the audiology team and external parties to coordinate regional clinics. Working Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm, the role offers a starting salary of £26,853, rising to up to £29,000 with audiology

Qualifications

• Previous route planning, appointment setting or scheduling experience is desired.
• Previous administration experience is essential.
• Previous or current Audiology or Optics experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative duties for the Home Visits Audiology team.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments across the region.
• Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.
• Update customer files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Liaise with the Audiology team and external parties to deliver clinics.
