Job summary

Specsavers in Dunfermline, Scotland, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of the clinic and ensure patients are seen promptly and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service, and helping maintain a smooth, well-organised visit for every patient, with training provided to develop product knowledge and people management skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Clinical Coordinator

At Specsavers, our Clinical Coordinator play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the clinic and are a key pillar of the customer journey. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that patients attending appointments are seen promptly and efficiently, helping to maintain a seamless and well-organised experience throughout their visit. As the first point of contact for many patients, Clinical Coordinators are instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and professional experience for every customer.
