Job summary

Brightsmith are partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing early-stage climate tech businesses, helping to transform the way renewable energy installers operate through innovative software.

The company has grown from 0 to over 900 customers in just over a year and is now looking for someone to join its growing sales team. You'll join a small, high-performing sales team, working closely with the founders and getting hands-on experience in a company where there's tons of room to grow.

Qualifications

• A strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree in STEM.
• Around 1–4 years of experience ideally in sales (open to consulting, finance or a similar background)
• Someone confident speaking to people and good at building relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in technology.
• A proactive, commercially minded individual who takes initiative and wants to progress.
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and is open to feedback.
