Overview

I\'m currently working with a privately owned investment and property management company who are looking to add a Building Surveyor to their Birmingham based team to work across the whole range of Building Surveying services (projects, dilapidations, building surveys, PPM...).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on a range of works alongside the Asset Management and Property Management teams, including strip outs, white boxing, alterations, defect diagnosis and repair, and oversight of tenant proposals.
• Apply strong contract administration and Building Surveying skillsets to projects and occupier needs.

• Experienced commercial building surveyor, ideally MRICS.
