Job summary

A growing IFA firm is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will handle client communication, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate files in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in financial services, a strong understanding of investment and pension processes, and proficiency with CRM systems. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office and two from home, with a salary range of £35,000–40,000.

Qualifications

  • At least two years' experience in an IFA or financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes.
  • Confidence using CRM and back-office systems is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

  • Client communication and handling queries promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing recommendation documentation and valuation reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and compliant client files.
  • Processing new business, fund switches, and withdrawals.
  • Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority and liaising with providers.
  • Managing adviser workflows and supporting operational tasks.

Skills

Experience in an IFA or financial services environment
Understanding of ISA, investment and pension processes
Confidence using CRM and back-office systems
