Job summary

Culina Group Limited is seeking an Account Manager to build strong partnerships with key customers and act as the main liaison for all contracted services. The role is full-time and based on-site, with Monday to Friday hours from 08:00 to 18:00, and involves managing service levels, forecasting volumes, and driving opportunities across accounts.

You will support the Head of Account Management, maintain accurate rate cards, and ensure profitability while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Transport & Logistics industry.
• Experience in an account management role with customer-focused delivery.
• Strong communication skills to influence at all levels.
• Ability to build networks of internal and client contacts.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Build effective partnerships with key customers and act as primary contact for contracted services.
• Monitor compliance with contract scope and report on key elements daily/weekly.
• Provide forecasts of customer volumes by day, region and year, including commentary.
• Identify and progress new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support with annual strategy reviews and quarterly customer meetings.
• Ensure correct levels of equipment and staffing are maintained and billed appropriately.
