Job summary

Culina Group Limited in Corby is seeking an Account Administrator on a fixed-term basis for 12-14 months. You will join the Client Service team and provide accurate administrative support to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a salary of £26,409 per annum. The role involves handling client queries, reporting, stock-related queries, and assisting the Merchandisers and Account Executive to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work using own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• IT literate with knowledge of MS Office.
• Customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client queries and log issues with site.
• Create and circulate reports for Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Manage client inbox and respond professionally and timely.
• Assist Merchandisers and key contacts with stock, CMO, replenishment, and related queries.
• Process corrections on orders and issue re-work instructions.
• Manage back orders and intraday communications.
• Support wholesale despatches and labeling guidance.
• Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and admin colleagues.

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Client Service team in Corby on a full time fixed term basis for 12-14 months.

Salary: £26,409 per annum.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.

As an Account Administrator you will work within the administrative team to deliver excellent customer service through efficient and accurate delivery of day to day tasks, whilst assisting the AE in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties of an Account Administrator:

• Management of client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
• Assist with the creating and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfilment in line with timeframes as specified.
• Management of client inbox, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Assisting the clients Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns and E.fulfilment.
• Processing corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections and escalations, track sample requests and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
• Managing back orders and accompanying Intraday calls and emails.
• Supporting with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork and keeping labelling guidance up to date with support from client).
• Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
• General maintenance on ReSCU and SMaRT in line with trained practices (SOPs).
• Liaising with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.
