Job summary

Flotek are seeking a Client Relations Manager / Sales Administrator to join our team in Pencoed, Bridgend. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth.

You will act as the main point of contact, nurture relationships, review accounts regularly, and collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and retain clients while increasing profitability.

Qualifications

• Customer relations experience and a can-do attitude.
• Relevant IT and communications knowledge preferred.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and build lasting relationships with customers.
• Develop trusted relationships with key accounts.
• Complete regular account reviews.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
• Handle sales orders for existing clients.
• Analyze customer penetration and look at ways to increase the base.”
• Renew contracts and increase profitability across the customer base.
• Ensure customer retention and deliver excellent service daily.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to onboard new clients and support them.
