Job summary

Flotek is seeking a driven Projects Administrator to support engineers in delivering installations from start to finish. Based in Pencoed or at our St Asaph office, you will coordinate stock, schedules and documentation with strong communication across stakeholders.

You will raise purchase orders, manage stock, and liaise with the Billing team to ensure timely invoicing and accurate financial papers. Prior data cabling/IT or telecoms experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel proficiency with data analysis.
• Experience using CRM/PSA software to manage projects and orders.
• Stock management experience within IT/telecoms or data cabling environments.

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders and track stock to projects.
• Answer calls to the Projects queue and coordinate engineer calendars.
• Manage incoming/outgoing stock and engineer documentation (permits, job packs, photos).
• Schedule engineers' diaries and allocate resources across projects.
• Collaborate with Billing/Finance to meet invoicing deadlines and ensure accurate docs.
