Job summary

Flotek Group, the UK's growing Managed Service Provider, is hiring an IT Project Coordinator in a permanent role. Based in the Bridgend / St Asaph / Plymouth area, you will coordinate IT service delivery for an expanding customer base, handling provisioning, hardware orders and engineer scheduling.

The role covers server and email migrations, IT support onboarding, and managed print projects, with weekly WIP updates and on-site visits when required. Travel to other offices may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project management or provisioning is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage high workload.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan IT projects received from the sales team.
• Facilitate and hold initial kick-off meetings with sales, engineering and the customer.
• Update customers on the progress of their orders.
• Provide documentation and a clear handover to the client and support teams.
• Schedule engineers and create task tickets for project planning.
• Manage provisioning, hardware orders and licensing.
