Job summary

Flotek is seeking a Service Operations Manager in Bridgend, South Wales. This leadership role focuses on building high-performing teams, bringing structure to a fast-moving service environment, and challenging decisions with a strong technical grounding.

You will drive improvement, engagement, and customer outcomes as part of the Service Leadership Team. You will work closely with Team Leaders, Service Excellence, Project Delivery, Account Management and Senior Leadership to shape a scalable

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership and team development skills.
• Experience managing operational performance via KPIs and service reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Commercial awareness balancing partner outcomes with business goals.
• Strong understanding of Managed Services and MSP tech (Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security).
• Familiarity with ITIL, PSA, RMM, CRM and related tooling to drive performance.
• Proven track record leading Team Leaders or Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead through Team Leaders, coaching and managing performance.
• Develop and inspire operational teams to high-performance standards.
• Build leadership capability via mentoring and succession planning.
• Own service performance across supported functions and drive improvements.
• Act as senior escalation point for major partner issues.
• Define and deliver strategic service improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Work with senior leadership on objectives, budgets and long-term strategy.
• Establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, and regular insights for Directors.
