Job summary

Flotek is seeking a Projects Administrator to join our growing team. Based in Pencoed or the St Asaph office, you will support engineers to ensure smooth delivery of installations from start to finish.

You'll coordinate stock, manage documentation, and schedule engineers' diaries while communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role offers clear progression in a fast-paced MSP environment within the UK.

Qualifications

• Highly accurate individual with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to support engineers to ensure smooth delivery of installations from start to finish.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
• Experience coordinating stock and documentation and scheduling engineers' diaries.
• Comfortable working in a growing MSP environment with opportunities to learn and progress.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects.
• Answering incoming calls to the Projects queue and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Managing all incoming and outgoing stock and coordinating deliveries.
• Coordinating engineer documentation – permits, job packs and completion photos.
• Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects.
• Working with Billing/Finance to meet invoicing deadlines and ensure documentation accuracy.
