Job summary

Flotek in Pencoed, Bridgend is seeking a Client Relations Manager / Sales Administrator to join our growing tech company. You will be the primary contact for customers, building long-term relationships, handling orders, and driving sales within existing accounts.

The role requires customer service and sales experience, with IT and communications knowledge preferred. You will work with the Sales team to onboard new clients and develop existing relationships, contributing to overall profitability

Qualifications

• IT and Comms knowledge preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts.
• Complete regular account reviews.
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
• Deal with sales orders for existing clients.
• Review customer product penetration and look for ways to increase base footfall.
• Resign customer contracts and increase profitability.
• Ensure customer retention and meet renewal objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales to onboard and integrate new clients.
