Job summary

Fintelligent Search is seeking a Senior Administration Manager to take hands-on ownership of people, performance and delivery. You will manage the Client and Pension Administration teams, ensuring workloads, SLAs, quality and customer outcomes stay on track in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

This hands-on role requires spotting issues early, challenging substandard performance and working with senior leadership to optimise how teams operate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing teams in a fast-paced, process-driven setting.
• Record of delivering against KPIs, SLAs, workload and quality targets.
• Experience developing people while maintaining accountability and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management, workload allocation and performance of Client and Pension Administration teams.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, workloads, capacity, quality and backlogs; take action when performance drifts.
• Coach and develop team members while ensuring clear accountability and high operational standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements with senior leadership to enable growth.
