Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pensions Administration Manager for our Outsourcing line, based in Redhill with hybrid working. You will lead a multi-client pension administration team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction while collaborating with sales on new pitches.

You will oversee change management, governance, and staff development, driving continuous improvement and a one-team culture across the operation.

• Strong communication with client teams and trustees.
• Proven ability to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multi-client pensions administration team to deliver services.
• Attend client/trustee calls discussing project deliverables.
• Collaborate with sales for new business pitches and potential travel within the UK.
• Ensure adherence to change, quality assurance and operational frameworks.
• Coach team leads to align with internal procedures and legislation.
• Monitor productivity and foster a collaborative, flexible culture.
