You will lead the administration service for a large blue-chip scheme, oversee client relationships from an administrative perspective, mentor staff and drive improvements in processes and training.

Qualifications

• Proven background in pensions administration, especially Defined Benefit and calculations.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop others.
• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery in a consultancy setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration service for a large blue-chip pension scheme.
• Oversee daily management of the client relationship from an administrative perspective and participate in client/trustee meetings.
• Act as focal point for team technical issues and ensure SLAs are met with high service quality.
• Identify process improvements and training needs to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train, coach, appraise and set goals for individuals and the team.
• Support less experienced colleagues and review their work to ensure accuracy.
