  • Analyse client challenges and develop tailored transformation strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support clients through organisational change, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative solutions. Develop and implement strategic transformation initiatives for clients within the Lloyd's ecosystem.
  • Play a pivotal role between sales and delivery to delight customers and scale engagements within customers.
  • Analyse current client processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of change projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices in strategy and change management with the Lloyd's market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating project progress and outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Support clients in managing resistance to change and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into project planning.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Partner should have :
  • Deep experience leading consulting propositions and teams for management consultancies serving the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market OR...
  • Lead operations, technology and / or financial transformation in a leading Lloyd's Broker
From this you will have
  • held budgetary responsibility for major projects and / or operations
  • have a track record of developing insurance client accounts OR the transferable network and client influencing skills to deliver increased relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop actionable solutions for complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of delivering successful transformation projects in insurance organisations.
  • Knowledge of current trends and methodologies in strategy and change management.
  • A results-driven approach with a focus on meeting client objectives.
