As part of our Beyond Digital Team, we're seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting our operations, product development, and client delivery.
As a Client Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams and external clients. You’ll provide direct support across product development and delivery while managing operational workflows. This is a hands‑on role that requires an understanding of digital tools and platforms. You will also be a key point of contact for the wider operations team and external clients, ensuring all products and services are delivered to the highest standard.
