Buckles Solicitors LLP is seeking a Client Services Associate to act as the initial contact for clients, manage enquiries and support onboarding. You will liaise with legal and compliance teams to deliver a seamless and professional service, ensuring accurate information flow.

The role suits someone with prior customer service experience who excels in a fast-paced professional environment and is highly organised with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM or case management systems would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for new and returning clients, managing enquiries and supporting the initial engagement process.
• Build strong client relationships, delivering consistently high standards of service.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure the smooth flow of documents and information across the firm.
• Manage website enquiries, directing new matters to the appropriate teams and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Monitor and progress enquiries to deliver a seamless client experience.
