Job summary

Biscuit Recruitment Limited is assisting a leading financial services group in London to hire a detail-focused Client Services Assistant to support their Operations team during a period of growth. The role focuses on administrative accuracy and delivering excellent client service, including onboarding new investors across investment products.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, approachable manner and client-focused
• Interest in delivering excellent client service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn new systems
• Flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to help across the team
• Financial services exposure is welcome but not essential

Responsibilities

• Processing new investment applications and checking documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring applications are handled efficiently and within agreed deadlines
• Carrying out checks in line with regulatory requirements
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries from clients, financial advisers and internal stakeholders
• Managing onboarding queries and escalating issues where appropriate
• Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
• Logging, distributing and processing incoming post
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team
• Building effective relationships across the business to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
