Brabners is seeking a proactive New Client Services Executive in Leeds to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will manage enquiries, build rapport, and guide clients through initial stages while coordinating with fee earners to maximise conversion.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service, client services or sales-focused role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, delivering a responsive and professional service.
• Building rapport with new enquiries, understanding their requirements and guiding them through the initial stages of their journey.
• Confidently assessing and triaging enquiries to ensure opportunities are directed appropriately and efficiently.
• Managing prospect information through HubSpot, ensuring records are accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.
• Supporting fee earners by providing relevant context and insight to help maximise conversion opportunities.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Monitoring activity against targets and KPIs, while maintaining a quality-first approach.
• Sharing client and market insights with colleagues across Business Development, Marketing and the wider firm.
