Connect Legal Partners is seeking a proactive professional in Colchester to be the first point of contact for new clients by phone and email. You will qualify enquiries, book lawyer appointments and keep the CRM up to date, passing matters to the correct teams.

The role also involves helping refine how enquiries are handled. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in client-facing sales or business development, strong communication skills and confidence with MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing, sales or BD role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with Microsoft Office.
• CRM systems experience is a plus.
• Legal sector experience is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new clients by phone and email.
