You'll be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, accurate data entry, and timely routing of inquiries to the appropriate legal teams. Training on Proclaim is provided, and a strong focus on compliance and client care is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Well organised with ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Experience in legal sector or client-focused role.
• Familiarity with case management systems (training provided).
• Able to handle onboarding and KYC processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with legal inquiries across multiple channels.
• Record client details accurately in case management software.
• Direct inquiries to the appropriate legal teams.
• Support onboarding by conducting KYC checks and opening new matters.
• Manage workload and keep inboxes organized daily.
• Develop understanding of the firm's services and departments.
