Job summary

ConnexAI is seeking a Project Implementation Coordinator to own the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects, from contract handover to go-live and transition to Account Management.

You will manage documentation, governance and stakeholder relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones and delivery quality, with support and guidance from senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Prepare and manage project documentation (SOWs, plans, schedules).
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones and timelines.
• Lead project kick-offs and status meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Manage risks, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure delivery meets scope and quality standards.
• Support project closure and handover.
