Job summary

Journey is modernising client onboarding with AI-first thinking and automation to deliver faster, measurable value. You will define standard onboarding practices, build repeatable frameworks, and shape the tools and processes used across the product portfolio.

You will manage multi-product onboarding projects, coordinating timelines, budgets and client expectations while maintaining strong relationships and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and delivery experience across complex programmes.
• Ability to translate client needs into scalable delivery plans.
• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large onboarding and migration projects for multiple products.
• Create comprehensive project plans and monitor progress throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate handovers from sales and define project scope and expectations.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and with high quality (TTV and CSAT).
• Build and maintain client relationships during implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure QA checks on deliverables and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
