Job summary

Understanding Solutions, part of Understanding Recruitment Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator - Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of technology projects. You’ll coordinate relationships with clients and consultants, manage onboarding, and drive service excellence across the lifecycle.

The role involves close collaboration with heads of Solutions, Sales and Talent Delivery to improve delivery processes and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Coordination or Client Services, ideally in staffing or recruitment.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of client engagements and project delivery across multiple accounts.
• Build relationships with clients and deployed consultants as main contact.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and consultants for a seamless start.
• Conduct regular service reviews to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Produce project reports and track milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Manage project documentation, governance and change requests.
• Champion the project management platform and promote best practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-standard delivery.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and growth.
• Review and improve service delivery processes.
