Job summary

ConnexAI in Manchester is seeking a Deployment Excellence Coordinator to coordinate AI agent deployments from planning through go-live, ensuring projects run smoothly, documentation is accurate and risks are proactively managed for a seamless implementation experience.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations teams, maintain deployment documentation and metrics, monitor progress, and produce status updates to drive continuous improvement and high customer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI agent deployments across multiple customers and projects.
• Maintain deployment documentation, tracking tools and records.
• Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live activities and post-deployment reviews.
• Produce deployment reports, metrics and status updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations teams.
