Job summary

Rexel UK in Birmingham is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and develop new business, delivering an excellent sales service over the phone, in branch, or by email.

You will be the first point of contact for key accounts, understand client needs, build rapport, and grow your portfolio, while supporting the Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure on-time orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer focused role with sales targets.
• Ability to develop business through face-to-face and phone-based relationships.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets, providing excellent sales service by phone, in branch or via email.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and build rapport with clients to grow the portfolio.
• Support the Trade Counter and warehouse tasks to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
