Job summary

Rexel UK is hiring an Internal Sales Person at the Stockport branch to manage existing accounts and develop new business, delivering excellent sales service.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email to build loyalty and grow your portfolio, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers. The role supports branch activities and aims to meet branch targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective management of existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Manage customer service over the phone, in-branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty.
• Be the first point of contact for key accounts and grow the client portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including Trade Counter, picking and packing to ensure orders are completed on time.
